Diversified Solutions

I would like to give my sincere recommendation to Mr. Mitch Runco and to the service we have received from the staff at Diversified Solutions. I have been the Human Resources Administrator in support of Staffing and Employee Relations issues for Information Management Services for 6 years. I have worked with Mr. Runco on numerous occasions throughout the years.



Mr. Runco has always been professional, and responsive to our needs for filling openings within IMS. He has always returned phone calls and is easily accessible when I need to reach him. He has reviewed our needs and spent time getting to know our management staff so that he is able to understand our unique culture and provide us with qualified candidates who fit into their roles well. Some of our positions have not been easy to fill and have been created specifically for our business. Mitch has never declined to become involved and has always kept us informed as he has screened appropriate candidates for us. He has saved me time and effort by having technical evaluations and references available for me to review.



Mitch has also come up with some flexible solutions and ideas to get the candidates we need on board. Examples are contract to hire agreements with flexible time/rate rollovers, helping candidates to obtain benefits previous to eligibility with us, helping to market our total compensation package to candidates and assisting them with relocation concerns. We have been able to fill some difficult PeopleSoft related technical positions, such as DBA, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Data Administrator and Programmers with the help of Mitch and the Diversified Solutions staff over the last several years.



I enjoy Mitch’s professional attitude and his sense of humor. We do not often work with outside agencies, but I am always very happy to work with Mitch. He is dependable and can be counted on to help out his clients first.

Diversified Solutions has provided excellent service. They have sent us a variety of candidates to choose from and always follow up as to our thoughts and opinions.

With technology candidates I think it can very difficult to figure out what the client needs. I would say that Diversified Solutions hits the nail on the head.

Your consultant’s performance has been exemplary. He was thorough, punctual, and required minimal guidance. He always informed me when he was nearing the end of a task so as to keep his plate full and I appreciate that from a contractor. His broad knowledge helped us out in areas that we had not anticipated using him on. That knowledge brought extra value to his time here and we really appreciated it. I have no problem recommending him in the most glowing of terms.

I worked with Diversified Solutions for a number of years in regards to the acquisition of I/T consultants for a large Omaha based insurance company.



Diversified Solutions was an active participant in many of the resource requirements that I offered to my preferred vendors. They took the time to understand the requirements and to recruit solid technical candidates, and were responsive to the timeframes and available as needed for consultation.



Diversified Solutions was a good business partner. We worked well together in the recruitment of new resources. They always handled any issues professionally and quickly to the benefit of our business partnership.



The Diversified Solutions team was successful in placing resources that ran the gamut from project management, technical analysts, developers, and technical writers. I always looked for solid skills, availability, and cost. Diversified Solutions was often able to put together the right package to secure the business.

Mark - I can't thank you enough!  I remember that first phone call like it was yesterday, and I'm so glad I decided to talk to "just one more recruiter...” because by far, you guys were the best.  

 

You know... It sounds like a little thing, but just the fact that you guys go to that first job interview with a person kinda makes all the difference.  I'd gone thru a few other recruiters, and did not have the kind of experience with prospective employers like I did with you folks.  Just the fact that you guys are willing to spend the interview time along with me says a lot.  It really made me feel like you were in this thing with me, you know?

 

And indeed, it's been the tip of the iceberg.  Whenever I've needed Mitch's advice with something going on here at work, he knows just the person to talk to, and knows how to talk to them.  I feel I've come a long way in a short time here @ OPS because of his advice.  

 

So you not only get the job for a person, you help them keep it, and you help them advance. Kinda amazing...  You guys are so far from the Acronym-Matching Twenty-Somethings (AMTS's) that the other places have working for them (no offenses to your “experienced look,” there buddy).  ;-)    But you know what I mean, right?  My resume says XAML, the job request says XAML, you must be the perfect fit!  Not so simple as that, we both know.  It's just nice to find a place that understands it, and really does do what all the others say they do.

 

Anyways...!  I've been long overdue with this letter, but I've wanted to say a big THANKS! for some time now.  I'm so glad you convinced me to take a look at consulting, and believed I could do it.  It's been great, and I look forward to many more years with you & company.

I would like to first say that all of the promises and expectations relating to DS are understatements; the only thing I can say is WOW! I thank the whole DS Executive Management team, Client Relations team, and in fact everyone on the personnel immensely for that. As a technical consultant, the support and full dedication offered by the Client Relations Management team during and after client-assignments is extremely overwhelming. I have had relations with DS since 2005 when they helped me land a great opportunity with Gallup. Although I was a Gallup employee, DS made sure we kept in touch, and they conducted several follow-ups to make sure I was still happy with that opportunity. Great!! Two and half years later, after leaving Gallup, I saw an opportunity with DS and picked up the phone. I am thrilled to be a DS employee/consultant. Currently I am on my second consulting assignment. Everything is exceeding expectations therefore I must say “It’s great to be at Diversified Solutions!”

I wanted to write to say "thank you" for all the wonderful experience I’ve had with Diversified Solutions. When I first talked with Mark, I was very leery of using any recruiting firm. Mark quickly earned my confidence and my trust. This was especially true when I was laid off from my job of 5+ years. Mark quickly went to work having me meet with every member of the Diversified recruiting team. In those meetings I was asked about my skills and background. Most importantly I was being asked what I wanted to do and what kind of work environment I was looking for. This was very important to me. Diversified solutions helped me get an IT position in which my experience and education were properly valued. From the very first day, everybody at Diversified was very professional and courteous to me.
