Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for a driven, high-energy Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator who is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to jump in and help keep projects moving.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career who has the confidence to ask questions, follow up persistently, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Track project tasks, action items, and deliverables.
• Manage and monitor tickets in Jira.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Follow up on outstanding items and identify potential roadblocks.
• Maintain project documentation, updates, and reporting.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure priorities keep moving forward.

• Experience or familiarity with Jira and ticket tracking.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

• Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project coordination, PM support, operations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience tracking tasks, projects, and tickets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is someone with the curiosity to learn, the organization to stay on top of details, and the persistence to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
